The rooms & studios are usually available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, but no later than 4.30 p.m.
Arrivals before 12 noon are generally only possible upon prior request.
We ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

For all reservations we ask for a deposit of 20% of the booking amount so that we can finalize your booking.

WiFi is available in the entire hotel free of charge

We are happy to issue you vouchers to give away, or possibly breakfast vouchers.
Simply contact us directly by phone or email.
If you want to cancel your booking with us, you can do so at any time free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Any down payment that has already been made will be refunded in full (possibly minus bank charges).
Cancellations from the 30th day before arrival are staggered as followed:
30% from 30 days before arrival
50% from 14 days before arrival
70% from 7 days before arrival
90% from 1 day before arrival
In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation costs incurred can be covered by our cancellation insurance.
A "late check-in" is possible with an early request via our key safe, information will be communicated in advance
The entire hotel area, including the rooms and studios, are non-smoking. We ask smokers to use the balconies or terraces.
We prefer cash or EC card (Maestro bank card), or bank transfer in advance.
Visa and Mastercard payments are also offered.
One garage parking space is available free of charge for each room and studio.
Arriving with an electric car - your e-mobile can be filled up at our charging station with up to 22 KW (type 2 socket).
