Latest information:
the latest guidelines stipulate a 2G rule for all guests in Austria. A vaccination or recovery is therefore mandatory for all guests aged 12 and over, children under 12 are exempt from this regulation.
Detection of antibodies is no longer permitted in Austria.
From December 20th All guests need either a booster vaccination or a negative PCR test to enter Austria.
If there is no booster vaccination, a PCR test is required when entering Austria; exceptions apply to pregnant women, children and risk groups. (As of 12/17/21)
Vaccinated and convalescent people do not need to show any further tests on site.
Free PCR gargle tests with a validity of 72 hours from the time the sample was taken can be conveniently picked up and returned at Spar supermarkets. The next location for our guests is only 50m away, Spar Eder Handels GmbH (Hauptstrasse 473, 8 a.m. - 11 a.m., 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.). The collection takes place around 10 a.m. which is noted in more detail at the dispensing stations. The evaluation takes place within 24 hours and we will announce it by email. Up to 10 people can be registered per user account. Up to 3 PCR gargle tests per (registered) person can be obtained per week.

Alternatively, there is the possibility of a PCR test on a screening street: The closest Covid-19 screening center is in Fügen, a 20-minute drive away. Address: Franziskusweg 1, 6263 Fügen.
Registration for the test road takes place via "Tirol testet" (german only)
No separate cancellation conditions are currently issued for the coming winter season.
If there is a travel warning for Austria, cancellation free of charge is only possible if vaccinated persons are subject to a general quarantine requirement or entry is not possible for vaccinated persons.
There is currently no mask requirement in the hotel or in the restaurants (as of 11/2021)
- FFP2 Mask requirement in shops and public buildings
- FFP2 Mask compulsory in closed cable cars
- There is no mask or 3G proof requirement up to the age of 6
- Up to the age of 14, tight-fitting mouth and nose protection is sufficient instead of an FFP2 mask
- Proof of 2G is required from the age of 12.
- No proof has to be provided up to 12 years of age.
our cancellation conditions do not apply to an active corona disease.
If an arrival is not possible due to an active illness or an early arrival has to be started and we cannot pass on the room, the daily cancellation rate will be charged.
We therefore recommend taking out cancellation insurance with European travel insurance, as this also includes an active corona disease.
Depending on the current occupancy of the intensive care units in Austria, we may not be able to accommodate people who are not vaccinated or have recovered at the time.
If you do not arrive due to a lack of vaccination or recovery, our cancellation conditions continue to apply.
